Both mugs and ornaments are ceramic and printed via sublimation (permanent artwork). Mugs handle everyday dishwasher/microwave use; ornaments are durable keepsakes (not meant for dishwashers/microwaves).
Production usually 2–4 business days, then shipping based on your region. We fulfil as locally as possible (EU/UK/US/CA).
It’s calculated at checkout by location and item. Mixed orders (e.g., a mug and an ornament) may ship separately and show separate shipping.
Edits are only possible before production starts. Personalised products aren’t returnable unless there’s a print or transit issue.
Upload your image and use the shape mask + zoom to fit it. Good light and clear colours work best; anything over 1000 px on the long edge is fine. Sublimation has a gently softened look by design.
