Our products are designed in France and printed close to you whenever possible. We collaborate with print partners in the EU, UK, USA, and Canada to reduce shipping distance, fees, and delivery time.

Both domains belong to the same shop. The .eu site serves EU customers, while .com is for international buyers. Prices and checkout options adjust automatically to your region.

We currently ship to most countries in Europe (including the UK, Norway, and Switzerland), the USA and Canada.

You already do, inside the customiser:

• Ornaments show a realistic product preview.
• Mugs show the design layout only (no separate mug photo mockup).

We don’t generate extra mockups.

The fields include a basic spell check, but it isn’t perfect. Please proofread carefully (names, dates, numbers, units). We print exactly as entered in the customiser.

Edits are only possible before production starts. Because we print from the settings you saved in the customiser, there’s no manual proofing step on our side. If you spot an issue, contact us immediately.

Once the order is sent to production, changes are no longer possible.

• Other regions: up to 20 days

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the products in your cart.

Because items are printed and shipped from different facilities, combined orders (for example, a mug and an ornament) may have separate shipping charges.

Digital products, of course, don’t have any shipping costs — they’re delivered via download anywhere on the world after purchase.

Locally, whenever possible. Orders are fulfilled in the region closest to you — EU orders in France or Poland, US orders in the USA, Canadian orders in Canada.

Ready-to-use sets are instantly downloadable. Personalised versions are built from your own words or logo pattern, ensuring a unique design.

Please check the licence on the product page. Most allow personal and small-business use, but redistribution or resale of the files themselves is not permitted.

Use any editor that supports layers (e.g., Canva, Affinity Photo, Photoshop, GIMP).

1. Place the watermark PNG above your photo, then resize, position, and adjust opacity.
2. When you’re happy, flatten/merge the layers and export (JPEG/PNG). Merging makes it harder for others to remove the watermark from downloaded copies.
3. Keep an unwatermarked master separately so you can re-export later.
   

Using photo platforms:
Many pro gallery services let you upload a custom watermark and apply it automatically to web previews—e.g. SmugMug, Zenfolio, and PhotoShelter (usually best as a transparent PNG). Their tools handle placement/opacity and apply the overlay to display images, not the original files.

Some social/photo sites don’t have a persistent built-in watermark feature. For example, Flickr generally requires you to add the watermark before upload (or use an editor integration) rather than hosting a reusable, account-level watermark.

Tip: If a platform accepts uploaded logo/watermarks, you may need to crop or resize your PNG to their recommended dimensions/aspect (transparent 24-bit PNG is commonly supported).

For EU orders, all taxes are included. Customers outside the EU may be subject to customs duties depending on their country’s import rules. Products printed and shipped within your country do not have import fees.

We do not have gift wrapping or message options at the moment. We plan to add more options over time.

No, our shipments don’t include printed invoices with prices.
